Church Photo Directory

Thank you so much for choosing to be well together in community! We want to know how we can best contact and serve you.

This is a two-step process:

Step 1:

Please include as much information as possible for confidential church office database and usage. At the end of the form, you can specify what information you do NOT want shown in the photo directory (which is accessible to all members/attendees in the directory, though password-protected and secure).

Step 2:

In about a week you will receive an email invitation to submit your photo to the directory. (If you have taken a photo with one of our volunteer photographers you can ignore that email as we will be submitting the photo for you.)
